Every order ships free, in Belgium and to all other EU countries. Ordered before 12 noon on a working day? Then it leaves the same day. And with a 14-day cooling-off period on unopened products, you are covered.
Belgium: 3 to 5 working days, in your letterbox. Other EU countries: 5 to 10 working days.
Delivery in 1 to 2 working days, shipment can be tracked.
After 12 noon or at the weekend: the next working day.

The delivery time counts from the moment your order leaves. If you order on a working day before 12 noon, that is the same day. In busy periods (end of year, holidays) the post may need an extra day. The honest downside of letterbox post: it is not at your door the next day. That is what express delivery is for.
Why is shipping free?
Because we ship smart. A mascara, a jar of cream or a pack of razor blades is small and light, so we send it as a letter instead of a parcel. That costs a fraction of what a parcel costs, and we pass that difference on to you. Our sister webshop GoedkopePostzegels.be takes care of the postage, which keeps us sharp there too.
Large orders that do not fit through the letterbox are sent as a parcel. That stays free as well. Fragile products such as glass bottles and powders get extra padding.
Where do we deliver?
We deliver free throughout Belgium and to all other EU countries, with no minimum amount. Express delivery is only possible to a Belgian address. Ordering larger quantities for your salon, barbershop, shop, school or business? Then see our business page.
Payment
You pay securely and encrypted via Shopify Payments: Bancontact, credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or iDEAL.
Returns
Not happy or ordered the wrong thing? You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the day you receive your order. You may return unopened products with the seal intact. First send us an email via the contact page, then you receive the return address and instructions from us. The cost of the return shipment is yours; after receipt we refund the purchase amount within 14 days. The full arrangement is in our returns policy.
Please note: because cosmetics and razor blades may not be resold after opening for hygiene reasons, we cannot take back products with a broken seal.
